Questions we get before the first order.
Offset packaging starts at 500 units. Digital printing has no minimum, so business cards, menus and short-run boxes can be ordered from 50 pieces.
Around 16 days end to end: 4 for design, 3 for sampling and approval, and 7–9 for production, checking and dispatch. Digital rush jobs can go out in 48 hours.
Yes, and we recommend it. We courier a physical sample made on your chosen stock with the actual finish. Production only starts after you sign it off.
Both. Our in-house team can build the structure and artwork from scratch, or take your designer's files and prepare them for press.
Print-ready PDF, AI or CDR at 300 DPI in CMYK, with 3 mm bleed and fonts converted to outlines. Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.
Give us the Pantone reference and we mix to it as a spot colour. On CMYK-only jobs we match as closely as the process allows and show you the result on the sample first.
We ship across India with tracking, and handle export documentation for overseas consignments. Freight is quoted separately on the invoice.
50% on approval of the sample, 50% before dispatch. Registered clients with a repeat history can move to 30-day credit terms.
